As a spiritual director, I offer a sacred space of holy listening—a place where you can be fully present to your questions, your longings, and the quiet work of the Spirit within you. This isn’t about having the right answers. It’s about learning to notice, reflect, and respond to the deeper movement of grace in your life.
What Is Spiritual Direction?
Spiritual direction is not about being “directed” in the way you might think. It’s a gentle, prayerful conversation between you and a trained companion—someone who listens with you for the voice of God.
It’s a space of honesty and hospitality. A rhythm of slowing down. A chance to discern God’s invitation in the midst of real life—with all its mystery, doubt, beauty, and mess.
People seek spiritual direction when:
They're in a season of transition, deconstruction, or discernment
They feel spiritually stuck or hungry for more
They're longing for a deeper, more personal relationship with God
They simply need a space to process, rest, or breathe
My Approach
My work is rooted in the Christian contemplative tradition, shaped by silence, scripture, and sacred story. I offer a grace-filled, non-anxious space for spiritual growth and inner reflection.
My role is not to fix or advise, but to accompany you—to hold space for your unfolding journey. I listen deeply, ask gentle questions, and help you notice where the Spirit may be stirring beneath the surface.
Whether you’re holding grief, joy, doubt, or calling, you are welcome here. This is a space of trust, hospitality, and sacred curiosity.
What to Expect
Spiritual direction sessions are usually:
One-on-one conversations (typically 50–60 minutes)
Offered monthly, either online or in-person (depending on location)
Shaped by prayer, attentive listening, and reflection
Confidential and grounded in spiritual trust
Our first session is a free 30-minute conversation to discern if this is a good fit. If we decide to continue, we’ll agree on a rhythm and format that works for you.
Session fee: I operate on a sliding scale ($40–$60 per session). I never want cost to be a barrier to soul care.

Group Spiritual Direction
If you’re part of a small group or community seeking a shared spiritual journey, I offer group spiritual direction sessions tailored to your context. Whether you're a church group, ministry team, or circle of friends longing for deeper connection with God and one another, I’d be honored to guide you through practices of holy listening and communal discernment.
I also offer training for those who feel called to facilitate group spiritual direction or holy listening circles in their own settings. These trainings are ideal for churches, retreats, or leadership teams seeking to deepen their spiritual rhythms together.
